Debs childcare
Let me introduce myself and my staff:
Hi, my name is Debbie Scaife and iam the manager and proprieter of Debs Childcare.Iam a mother to 3 grown up children and also have 3 grandchildren. I have been in the childcare profession since 2001 where i worked at a local playschool.I was first registered with ofsted whilst at the playschool In 2004 i decided to become a childminder. I opened Debs Chilcare in 2004 and i have continued to work as a childminder ever since as i thoroughly enjoy working with children of all ages.
I hold an enhanced and up to date DBS along side my NVQ level 3in childcare alongside many other qualifications including my paediatric first aid and safeguarding.
Since starting as a chilminder i have looked after children of all ages the youngest being 12 weeks old . i provide all children with a loving home from home enviroment and work along side all my parents to ensure i meet all their childrens needs.

Marie is 36 years old and my senior assistant who has been working alongside me for the past 18 months. Marie has four children of her own ranging from 10yrs-17 yrs one of whom has disabilities.
Marie also holds an enhanced and up to date DBS and has her paediatric first aid and safeguarding certificates. Marie is also registered with ofsted as my assistant.
Marie works alongside me on a daily basis helping to achieve the best for the children in our care .
Marie is currently studying for her NVQ level 3 in childcare.

Courtney Farrelly
Courtney is my youngest child who has just turned 18 yrs old. Courtney works alongside myself on a part time basis whilst she is studying at college. Courtney holds her enhanced and up to date DBS along with a paediatric first aid and safeguarding.
Courtney is studying a sports diploma at a local college with the aim to become a P.E teacher.
Tyla mcdonald
Tyla is 17 years old and he is Maries oldest son. Tyla holds an enhanced and up to date DBS and he also has his paediatric first aid and safeguarding.Tyla usually works during school holidays and when we go out on day trips to help supervise and ensure the childrens safety.
